notes:  This item features a sweet agate cabochon.  I have no idea of the source - found the blank in a box of unrelated material.  Unfortunately just as I was finishing this cab it came loose from the dopstick and smacked the housing of my grinder.  I didn't see the small crack that it received (hardly visible in this photograph in the lower right hand quadrant) until I got to the point of assembling this page.  Don't have the time to start over right now - maybe I'll re-cut it next winter.  In the mean time it resides in the scratch and dent.  If you're looking at this stone for setting you won't have any trouble covering the crack with a bezel.
